How this works
Pakistani clothing brands have a habit of raising a price right before a “sale” and showing the inflated number as the struck-through original. We record every product's price from each brand's own store every day, so when a discount appears we can check the claimed original against what the product actually sold for.
The verdicts
- Real discount
- The claimed original is a price the product genuinely sold at in the 90 days before the discount appeared.
- Fake sale
- The product never sold at the claimed original in the 90 days before the sale. The strike-through is invented.
- Inflated
- The price was raised within two weeks before the discount, and that raised price is what the store now calls the original.
- Unverified
- The product was already discounted when we first saw it, or we have not seen it at full price yet. Nothing to compare against.
Every product starts as Unverified. Verdicts appear once we have seen a product before its discount started, so the site gets more accurate every day it runs.

Where the data comes from
Each brand's own online store, the same pages any shopper sees. Once a day we note every product's price and keep the history. Prices, images and descriptions belong to the brands; nothing is altered. Prices are in PKR as shown to shoppers in Pakistan. A discount is only counted when the store itself shows a struck-through price. If you spot a wrong verdict, the product page shows the exact price history it was based on.
